All reservations at Ilonvalke Hotel must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in independently. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that appears to be fraudulent or contains errors in pricing or availability.

Check-in and Check-out Policies

Standard check-in time begins at 15:00, and check-out must be completed by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. A valid government-issued photo ID is required upon arrival for all staying guests.

Usage of Amenities and Common Areas

Our thoughtfully designed common areas and amenities are provided for the comfort of all guests. We maintain a calm atmosphere and request that noise levels be kept to a minimum, especially between 22:00 and 07:00. Any damage to hotel property or equipment will be the financial responsibility of the registered guest.

Guest Conduct and Safety

Ilonvalke Hotel is a non-smoking facility. Smoking in rooms or public areas will result in a cleaning fee and potential eviction. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who exhibit disruptive, aggressive, or illegal behavior. Safety equipment and emergency exits must remain unobstructed at all times.
